This Privacy Policy explains how our habit-tracking application (AuraBit) handles your information. Our core philosophy is Privacy First: we do not want your personal data, and we have built the App so that we never see it.

1. Personal Information
We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (PII).

• No account registration is required.

• We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or physical location.

• We do not have access to your contacts or camera.

2. Habit Data and "Points"
All data related to your habits, completion history, and earned points is stored locally on your device (cached).

• We do not use any cloud-based database (like Supabase or Firebase Firestore) to sync your habits.

• Your data never leaves your device unless you perform a manual device backup (e.g., through iCloud or Google Drive).

• Note: Deleting the App will permanently delete your habit history and points.

3. Permissions We Request

To provide certain features, the App requests the following device permissions:

• Notifications – We request permission to send you local push notifications (e.g., habit reminders and streak alerts). These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device. We do not send remote push notifications, and no notification data is transmitted to us or any third party. You can disable notifications at any time in your device Settings.

• Photos (Save to Library) – We request permission to save images to your photo library, specifically to allow you to save your streak milestone images. The App only writes to your photo library and does not read, access, or upload any of your existing photos. Saved images remain on your device and are never transmitted to us.

4. Service Providers (Data Processing)
To ensure the App runs smoothly and to manage subscriptions, we use a limited number of trusted third-party services. These services may use anonymous identifiers but do not provide us with your personal identity:

• RevenueCat: Used to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat tracks transaction history and attribution to ensure your "Pro" features are active.

• Google Firebase Analytics: We use this to see aggregate, non-identifiable data (e.g., how many users are active daily) to help us improve the App.

• Firebase Crashlytics: In the event of a technical failure, a crash report is generated. This includes device type and technical logs, which help us identify and fix bugs.

5. Security
Since your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's own security settings (passcodes, biometrics, etc.). We recommend keeping your operating system up to date.

6. Children's Privacy
Our App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions), as we do not collect personal information from any user regardless of age.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
